custard powder with almond taste (or add some almond aroma)

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Prepare half a recipe of the almond pudding as shown on the packaging. Another option is to cook vanilla pudding and add some almond aroma. Then let it cool down and preheat the oven.

Step 2

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Then slowly add the oil while whisking.

Step 3

Mix flour, baking powder and ground almonds and sieve into the egg mixture. Fold carefully.

Step 4

Pour one part into the baking mould. Add cacao powder to the second part, combine and pour into the baking mould too. Create a little pattern by using a spatula. Bake at 175°C circulating air for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Let it rest for a few minutes after baking, then turn upside down and let it cool down.

Step 6

Spread the almond pudding on the sponge flan. Wash the cherries.

Step 7

Cut into half, remove the stone and garnish onto the pudding. Finish with glaze and planed almonds.
