Fruit flan: Pineapple coconut

canned pineapple in pieces

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Prerare half a recipe of the vanilla pudding as shown on the packaging and add 2 tbsp desiccated coconut. Then let it cool down and preheat the oven.

Step 2

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Then slowly add the oil while whisking.

Step 3

Mix flour and baking powder and sieve into the egg mixture. Add 3 tbsp desiccated coconut and fold carefully.

Step 4

Pour into the baking mould and bake at 175°C circulating air for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Let it rest for a few minutes after baking, then turn upside down and let it cool down.

Step 6

Spread the vanilla-coconut pudding on the sponge flan. Drain the canned pineapple.

Step 7

Spread the pineapple pieces and add some glaze. Garnish with the coconut pralines und some coconut chips.
