Ingredients for six cakes

300g
flour

baking powder

sodium bicarbonate

butter

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the cake moulds well for a fine butter aroma and then place in the refrigerator.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Add the butter in flakes until the mixture is crumbly.

Step 3

Mix the yoghurt in a small bowl until creamy. Stir in the vanilla aroma and eggs. Add the mixture to the flour-butter mixture and mix carefully to a light dough. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 4

Fill the prepared moulds to 2/3 and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Leave the cakes in the moulds for about 5 minutes, then turn them over and let them cool on a grid.
