Ingredients (for 12 pieces):

250 g
125 g
1.5 tbsp.
cocoa powder
1.5 tbsp.
gingerbread spice
1 tsp.
1/2 sachet
baking powder
150 ml
2 tbsp.
sunflower oil
125 g
liquid honey

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 170 -C.

Step 2:

Mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and spices in a bowl, make a well in the centre.

Step 3:

Mix the milk with the oil and the honey, pour gradually into the well and stir with a wooden spoon.

Step 4:

Since the gingerbread contains no fat, add some sunflower oil or something similar to each individual mould and gently rub in.

Step 5:

Place a tablespoon of batter in each individual mould, leaving the raised inner area free and bake for 35 minutes.

Step 6:

Leave the gingerbread to cool for about 5 minutes, then take out of the mould and coat with chocolate or icing.
