Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Melt chocolate coating together with coconut fat

Step 2

Beat egg and egg yolk with icing sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Add cocoa and milk and stir until smooth.

Step 4

Add liquid chocolate coating to the mass.

Step 5

Spread the chocolate cream into the mould and fill in a layer of biscuits.

Step 6

Spread another layer of chocolate cream evenly on top and fill again with biscuits.

Step 7

Alternately put the layers into the mould until it is filled. Then leave to cool well in the refrigerator.

Step 8

Turn to serve and cut into 1cm thick slices.
