Ingredients for nine madeleines

- sugar
- 1
- egg
- 40ml
- milk
- 110g
- flour
- 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- 30g
- butter, soft
- 50g
- chocolate glaze, dark
Preheat oven. Beat the sugar and egg until frothy.
Gradually add milk, flour, baking powder and butter.
Spread the dough evenly on the moulds and bake in the lower part of the oven at 240°C top/bottom heat 15.
After the madeleines have cooled down, decorate the small cakes with melted chocolate coating as desired.
