Mandarin Muffins

Ingredients for 12 muffins

1 tin of
Mandarins (drained net weight 150 g)
150 g
soft butter
2
eggs
130 g
sugar
1/2 bottle
butter-vanilla flavour
125 g
low-fat quark
2 tbsp.
milk
200 g
flour
50 g
starch
1/2 sachet
baking powder

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Let the fruits drip dry.

Step 2:

Beat the butter, eggs, sugar and flavouring until fluffy.

Step 3:

Mix in the fresh cheese and milk, then the flour, starch and baking powder.

Step 4:

Fold in the mandarins (they can break a little).

Step 5:

Fill the mixture into the baking mould and place into the middle of your oven to bake for 25 min. at 170 degrees (10 minutes less for fan assisted)
