Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Soak the raisins in the rum until they have acquired their aroma. Then drain the rum. Finely chop candied lemon peel and orange peel.

Step 2

Add flour, lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast to a pre-dough.

Step 3

When the yeast forms light bubbles, knead a smooth dough with butter, lard and egg and let it rise a little. Preheat oven.

Step 4

Knead everything together with the remaining ingredients to a Stollen dough.

Step 5

Divide the dough evenly over the moulds (approx. 2/3 filled) and allow to rise until it is visibly open.

Step 6

Bake at 180°C circulating air for approx. 15-20 min.
