Ingredients for twelve cakes
- butter, soft
- 1 pinch
- 2 level tsp
- baking powder
- 2 tbsp
Preheat oven. Stir the butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Add the eggs piece by piece to the butter and beat.
Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the dough with the milk.
Spread the dough evenly on the moulds and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 10-15 minutes.
