Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. For the sponge mixture whip the margarine or butter until creamy. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs bit by bit while stirring. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and the baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk.

Step 2

Pour the sponge mixture into the ring cake tins and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the cake from the moulds and let it cool down. Then melt the icing and colour with food colours. Cover the cake with it and decorate as you like.
