Ingredients for six waffles
- butter, soft
- 1 tsp
- baking powder
- 2 tbsp
- parmesan, grated
- 1 pinch
- fresh herbs, to your taste
- a handfull of
- sunflower seeds
Beat butter and egg yolk until foamy.
Mix milk with fresh herbs and slowly add to the butter-egg mixture.
Work in flour, baking powder, parmesan and salt carefully.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Put a few sunflower seeds in the mould. Spread the dough evenly into the moulds and bake at 240° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
