Ingredients for one party plait

- dry yeast
- 175 g
- flour (type 405)
- 120 g
- wholemeal wheat flour
- 50 g
- 3 tbsp
- canola oil
- 1 tsp
- 9 tbsp
- granules/seeds/herbs of your choice
Mix eggs, milk, sugar and dry yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the flour piece by piece while kneading. Then add butter, oil and salt and knead for 15 minutes.
Let the dough rise for 60 minutes in a warm place. Then knead briefly.
Divide the dough into 9 pieces (60 -70g each). Form each piece into a ball and roll it in granules/seeds/herbs of your choice.
Place each ball in a hollow of the plait baking tin and leave to rise for another 60 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven.
Bake the party plait for 25-30 minutes at 175°C convection oven.
