Ingredients for one cake
- chocolate glaze, dark
- butter, soft

- vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp
- baking powder
- 1 tsp each
- cinnamon, anise, allspice
- 1/2 tsp
Melt the dark chocolate glaze with 100g butter. Separate the eggs, whip the egg whites. Preheat oven
Whip butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Slowly stir in the egg yolks.
Mix flour with baking powder and spices and add alternately with the milk to the butter mixture.
Add the melted chocolate coating to the dough and stir until smooth.
Cut a pear into small cubes and fold into the dough with the beaten egg white.
Fill into the pan, cut the second pear into slices and drape onto the cake.
Bake at 180°C circulating air for 70 minutes, cover after 50-60 minutes. Make a sample of the chopsticks
