Ingredients for one bread

- 1 pack
- baking powder
- 2 tsp
- paprika powder
- 2 tsp
- seasalt to sprinkle
Cook half of the potatoes including the skin in boiling water, rinse cold and peel. Mash the still warm potatoes with a masher.
Peel, wash, finely grate and squeeze the remaining potatoes. Then add them with the milk to the catatoe masher.
Wash the rosemary, dab dry and finely chop the needles. Mix with flour, baking powder, salt and paprika spice. Add the potato mixture to the flour mixture and mix with the dough hook. Then knead it again with your hands to a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into the greased box form and cut it with a knife. Then sprinkle with sea salt and chopped rosemary.
Bake bread at 200° C top / bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes. After 45 minutes baking time, cover with aluminium foil if necessary.
