Ingredients for one raisins-bread

- fresh yeast
- 50 ml
- 1 pinch
- 50 g
- egg yolk
- 20 ml
Preheat the oven. Fill flour into a bowl and form a hole.
Put milk, yeast and sugar into the hole and let it rest for a few minutes.
Add raisins, one egg, salt and butter and kneat until smooth and silky. Let it rest for about an hour.
Kneat and shape the dough and let it rest in the mould for 30 minutes.
Whisk egg yolk and milk and coat the dough with it. Then bake for 30 minutes at 170°C.
