Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and chill. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Step 2

Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks. Stir in ricotta, orange peel and orange juice. Mix flour with baking powder, fold in.

Step 3

Fold the beaten egg white into the dough, spread the mixture on the heart-muffin tins. Clean the raspberries and then press them into the dough. Bake in the middle of the oven.

Baking time: 25 - 30 minutes
Temperature: 160°C (circulating air)

Step 4

Let the tartlets cool down on a cake rack. The tartlets can be served in the mould. To serve, dust the tartlets with icing sugar if necessary.
