Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Roll out the yeast dough thinly or remove from the packaging.

Step 2

Cut the apple with the Catto into a fruit slice.

Step 3

Preheat oven. Lay out the apple orchard and place a narrow strip of yeast dough (about 2-3cm high) on top. Sprinkle with some brown sugar and cinnamon and roll up carefully. Important: Start with the broad side of the apple slice. 

Step 4

Repeat step 3 until the complete apple is rolled up with the dough.

Step 5

Carefully place the raw apple pie on a baking tray or in a silicone dish and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 - 45 minutes. At the end of the baking time, cover the cake with aluminium foil to prevent the apple from burning.
