For 6 small apple cakes
- 80 g
- soft butter
- 80 g
- sugar
- 2
- eggs
- 1 tsp.
- baking powder
- 170 g
- flour
- 400 - 500 g
- apples, in fine cubes
- 6 scoops of
- vanilla ice cream
- some
- cinnamon and sugar
Preheat the oven. Whisk butter and sugar until you have a creamy mixture.
Add eggs, flour and baking powder little by little and mix all the ingredients to a smooth dough.
Peel the apples and cut them in cubes. Mix them with the dough.
Space the dough out evenly in the baking tin and bake at 200° C for 20 minutes.
After baking sprinkle the cakes with sugar and cinnamon and serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
