Ingredients for six cakes
- 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- to your taste
- lemon zest/-flavour
Whip butter and sugar.
Add the eggs piece by piece while stirring and beat until frothy. Finally add the flavour and lemon zest.
Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture alternately with the milk.
Divide the dough evenly between the moulds (fill each mould about 2/3 full) and bake at 170°C convection oven for 25-30 minutes.
