Step 1:

Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl and make a well in the centre.Step 2:
Step 2:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 50 ml of water.Step 3:
Step 3:
Pour the yeast solution, leaven and the remaining water into the well and knead all of the ingredients into a soft dough and then cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough again, place in the mould, cover and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
