Swiss Plum Tartlets

Ingredients (for 6-muffin cups):

For the dough:

5 tbsp.
milk

eggs
5 tsp.
oil
80 g
sugar
120 g
flour
2 tsp.
baking powder

For the fruit preparation:

6 tbsp.
brown sugar
2 cl
plum brandy
1
egg white
85 g
powdered sugar
1/2 tsp.
cinnamon
5 g
starch

large plums

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Pour the batter into the moulds and bake until the surface becomes dull. (Baking time: 12 minutes at 170 -C, fan-assisted)

Step 2:

Once baked, leave to cool on a cooling rack.

Step 3:

Wash the plums, remove the stone and dice.

Step 4:

Heat the sugar, caramelise slightly and then add the plums and plum brandy. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool a little.

Step 5:

Beat the egg whites until stiff and sprinkle in the powdered sugar, cinnamon and starch. Spread two-thirds of the plums over the tartlets, and then spread the cinnamon egg whites on top.

Step 6:

Bake in the oven at 190 -C for another 15 minutes.
