Vanilla Cookie Spoon

Ingredients for 24-cookie spoons:

200 g
100 g
100 g
powdered sugar
egg yolk
1 tsp.
Vanilla extract

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Mix the ingredients together at room temperature and knead into a smooth dough using a stand mixer or electric whisk. Wrap in foil and leave to rest in the fridge for half an hour.

Step 2:

Take walnut-size portions of dough and press into the spoon mould. Use your hands or a rolling pin to ensure the dough is packed tightly into the mould and remove any excess dough with a knife.

Step 3:

Baking time: 12-15 minutes, fan-assisted 180 -C. After baking, leave the cookies to cool in the mould until they firm up. If you take them out to early the spoon handle may break.
