Ingredients for 6 mini ring cakes

180 g
flour
270 g
sugar
1/2 tsp.
baking powder
1 pinch of
salt
2 tbsps.
poppy seeds
110 ml
milk
2 tbsps.
greek joghurt
230 ml
pure plant oil

vanilla bean
100 g
icing sugar
2 tbsps.
milk

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200° C top/bottom heat.

Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and poppy seeds in a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Mix milk, oil, eggs, and the vanilla bean paste in another bowl and stir it into the flour mixture until you get a smooth dough. 

Step 4

Put the dough into the moulds and bake them for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Let the mini cakes cool down after baking. Then, mix icing sugar with milk and glaze the mini cakes.
