Ingredients for six waffles

- butter, soft
- 80g
- sugar
- 2
- eggs
- 180g
- flour
- 1 tsp
- baking powder
- 160ml
- milk
- 1 pack
- vanilla sugar
Separate the eggs.
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk until fluffy.
Slowly add the milk, then carefully stir in the flour and baking powder.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Spread the dough over the moulds and bake at 240° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.
