Cut the roasted onion burger buns into half and brown the cutting surface on the grill or in a pan.
Cut the mushrooms, peppers and onions in fine strips and the beetroot and carrots in spirals. Sauté the sugar snap peas and place them on every burger. At last put the upper bun half on top and enjoy your burger.
