Asian pork patty

Ingredients for 6 burgers

For 6 big burger patties

carrots

onions

ginger

hoi sin sauce

For 6 small burger patties

450 g
pork
15 g
carrots
15 g
onions
10 g
ginger
10 g
leek
1
garlic clove
1 tblsp.
coriander
2 teasp.
hoi sin sauce

salt, pepper, chili

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Use the fine insert of the meat mincer to grind it. Chop all the vegetables and herbs finely. 

Step 2

Mix the minced meat with the vegetables, herbs and the hoi sin sauce and add some salt and pepper. 

Step 3

Form your patties into small balls according to the size you want to achieve. Take 80 g for small patties and 130 g for big patties. 

Step 4

Sear the patties from both sides in a hot pan and then reduze the heat or finish the cooking in the oven (160° C for 10 minutes).
Alternatively, sear the patties on the grill and finish the cooking by indirect heating.
