- sauerkraut

- 100 to 150 gram
- mustard mayonnaise
- 100 to 150 gram
- Emmentaler cheese
Prepare the sauerkraut to your taste and cut potato spirals with the help of the super turning slicer. Then form the röstis out of the spirals and fry them in the pan.
Cut the pretzel dough buns into halves and brown the cutting surfaces on the grill or in a pan. Then, coat them with mustard mayonnaise.
Put the bavarian meat patty on the lower half and spread some grated cheese on top. Then, add potato rösti and sauerkraut and put the upper half on the burger.
