Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Remove the tendons and mince the meat with the fine insertion of the meat mincer. 
Then, mix the meat with the spices and mingle it. 

Step 2

Use the patty press to form nice hamburger patties. Use 80 g for small burgers and 130 g for big burgers.

Step 3

Sear the patties in a hot pan, slowly reduce the heat or finish the cooking in the oven (160° C for 10 minutes). 

Alternatively, sear the patties on the grill and finish cooking by using indirect heat. 

Tip:

Fresh beef meet doesn't have to be roasted completely but can be eaten pink-roasted.
