For small burger buns

flour
170 ml
water
20 gram
fresh yeast
8 gram
sepia ink

2 tablespoons

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Put the flour into a bowl, form a hole in the middle and crumb the yeast in the hole. Add sugar and water and let it rest for 15 minutes. 

Step 2

Add salt, sepia ink, egg yolk and oil and knead it to a dough. Cover the dough with a dish towel and let it rest for 60 minutes. 

Step 3

Knead the dough by hand and form 6 balls (65 gram / 100 gram). Press them slightly until they are a little bit flat and let it rest again in the form for 60 minutes. 

Step 4

When the dough has risen well, brush the dough balls with milk and put sesame seeds on them. 

Bake them in the preheated oven for minutes by 200° C.
