- red onion marmelade
- 150 g
- Tomato sugo
- 100 g
- green pesto
- 2 - 3

- 1

- rocket
Cut the Focaccia-buns in half and roast them either on the grill on in a pan. Put some tomato sugo (tomato sauce) and some rocket on the lower half.
Now, put the chicken patty on the lower half of the bun and garnish it with onion marmelade, pesto, tomatoes and red onions. Then, put the upper half on top.
