For 6 small burger patties

- Chicken meat
- 30 g
- bread crumbs
- 20 g
- dried tomatoes
- 10 g
- rosemary
- 10 g
- thyme
- some
- salt & pepper

Mince the chicken meat with the fine insert of the meat mincer. Chop the tomatoes and the herbs finely. Mix all with some bread crumbs and season it to taste with salt and pepper.
Weigh out the chicken meat. For small patties take 80 gram and for big patties take 130 gram meat. Bring the meat into shape by using the patty press. Then, sear the patties in a pan from both sides and finish the cooking by reduzing the heat (approx. 10 minutes at 150° C).
Alternatively, sear the chicken patties on a grill.
