For 6 big burger buns

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

First, whisk the eggs. Then put 140 g of the eggs, sugar, milk and dry yeast into a bowl and mix it gently. The rest of the eggs will be used later for glazing the buns.

Step 2

Gradually add some flour, butter and salt and knead it until it becomes a dough (approx. 30 minutes).  
Then cool down the dough into the fridge for at least 2 hours or over night. 

Step 3

Knead the dough briefly by hand and form little dough balls (55 g/ 95 g). Put the balls slightly flattended into the form and cover it with aluminium foil. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.

Mix the rest of the eggs with some milk and brush the dough balls with it. Sprinkle them with some sesame seeds and put them in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
