For 6 big burger buns

150 ml
warm water
25 g
fresh yeast
1/2 teasp.
sugar
1 teasp.
curry
1/2 teasp.
paprika
1 teasp.
salt
1/4 teasp.
caraway
1/2 teasp.
grated lime zests
1 tblsp.

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Add some flour into a mixing bowl and form a little hole in the middle. Crumble the yeast into the hole. Then, add a pinch of sugar and some water and leave it for 15 minutes. 

Step 2

Add some salt and spices and knead it to a dough. Let it rest for approx. 60 minutes. 

 

Step 3

Knead the dough once more and form little dough balls (70 g / 110 g). Put them slighly flattened into the form and brush them with some oil. Let it rest again for 60 minutes.

Step 4

When the dough balls are well risen, sprinkle them with some spices and bake them in the preheated oven at 180° C for 12 to 15 minutes.
