Ingredients for 6 people

For 6 big burger buns

For 6 small burger buns

250 g
flour
150 ml
warm water
25 g
fresh yeast
6 g
sugar
8 g
salt
12 g
herbs (dried or fresh)
2 tblsp.
olive oil

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Add some flour into a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle. Crumble the yeast into the hole and add some sugar and water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. 

Step 2

Now, add some salt and herbs and knead it to a dough. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.

Step 3

Knead the dough once more and form small dough balls (70 g / 110 g). Put the slighly flattened balls into the form and brush them with olive oil. Let it rest again for 60 minutes.

Step 4

Sprinkle the dough balls with herbs and bake them in the preheated oven at 180° C for 10 to 12 minutes.
