For 6 big burger patties

450 g
lamb meat
30 g
onions

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Remove all the tendons from the lamb meat and mince it with the fine insert of the meat mincer. Chop onions, olives and herbs finely.

Step 2

Mix the meat and the remaining ingredients and season it to taste with salt and pepper. Form patties with the patty press (for small patties: 80 gram, for big patties: 130 gram).

Step 3

Sear the patties in a pan and finish the cooking by reduzing the heat.

Alternatively, grill the patties on a grill and finish the cooking by indirect heat.
