Pumpkin Burger

Ingredients for 6 burgers

curry buns
pumpkin patties
100 g
creme fraîche
100 g
cranberry jelly
hokkaido pumpkin
6 slices of
smoked ham (optional)

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut the pumpkin into half moons and stew them in oil for 30 minutes by 160° C in the oven. Use the super turning slicer to spiralize an apple. 

Step 2

Cut the curry burger buns in half and roast them either in a pan or on a grill. Mix the creme fraîche and the cranberries and put it onto the burger bun halfs.

Step 3

Put the patty on the lower bun half and garnish it with a salad leaf, the stewed pumpkin and the apple spirals. If you like you can also add a slice of smoked ham. Finally, put the upper bun half on top.
