Pumpkin Patty

Ingredients for 6 burgers

For 6 small burger patties

For 6 big burger patties

550 g
Pumpkin
100 g
Oat flakes

50 g

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

If necessary, peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Then chop it into big cubes and add some oil, salt and pepper. Then, braise it in the oven by 160° C for 45 to 60 minutes. 

Step 2

Mash the braised pumpkin cubes and mix it with oat flakes, parsley, chopped pumpkin seeds and egg yolk and season it to taste with salt, pepper and chili.

 

Step 3

For small patties take 80 gram, for big patties take 130 gram of the pumpkin mixture and fry it in a pan until it is goldenbrown. If the mixture is too smooth, add some extra oat flakes.
