Salmon Burger

Ingredients for 6 burgers

black buns

salmon patties
150 - 200 g
creme fraîche
1
cucumber
50 - 70 g
caviar
1 - 2 branches
dill
some
salt & pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut the black burger buns in half and roast the either in a pan or an the grill. Meanwhile, mix the creme fraîche with some salt and pepper and cover the bun halves with it. Put a salad leaf on the lower half. 

Step 2

Put the salmon patty on the lower bun half and garnish it with some cucumber spirals, caviar and dill. Put the upper bun half on top and serve the salmon burgers.
