For 6 big burger patties

salmon filet

salt and pepper
2 tblsp.
oil (for roasting)

For 6 small burger patties

500 g
salmon filet
1
egg white
some
salt and pepper
2 tblsp.
oil (for roasting)

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Cut the salmon in small cubes (works well with slightly freezed fish) and mix it with egg whites, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Form some patties. Take 80 gram for small patties and 130 gram for big ones. Then, sear them from both sides and finish cooking them in the oven (for 10 minutes by 130° C).
