yeast
60 g

180 g
flour type 550

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Knead flour, yeast, water and sugar to get a first batter. After 15 minutes add the remaining ingredients and knead again.

Step 2

Let the dough rest for approximately 2 hours or over night. 

Step 3

Divide the dough into six dough balls á 100 gram and put them into the burger bun form. Then, cover the form and let the dough rest for another hour. At last, bake the buns at 240 ° C fpr 20 minutes.
