Stuffed Truffle Hamburger

Ingredients for 6 burgers

stuffed truffle burger patties
6 slices
gruyere cheese
300 g
champignons, in slices

tuber fresh truffle
6 leaves
romaine lettuce
6 slices
tomato
some
champagne mayonnaise

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Prepare the potato buns.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare the patties, mayonnaise and the vegetables. Sear the mushrooms in some oil for 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden brown.

Step 3

Let the buns cool down. Sear the patties in a pan and finish the cooking at 150° C in the oven.

Step 4

Prepare the serving: Cut the buns in halves and cover them with champagne mayonnaise. Put a salad leaf on the lower bun half and the patty, cheese, tomato slices, some champignons and fresh truffle on top. At least, add the upper bun half and the burger is ready to serve.
