Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Add some flour into a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle. Crumble the yeast inside and add some warm water and sugar. Let it rest for 15 minutes. 

Step 2

Add salt, herbs, tomato paste, onions and dried tomatoes and knead it to a dough. Gradually add the egg yolks and the oil to the dough and knead again. Then, let the dough rest for 60 minutes.

Step 3

When the dough has risen knead it once more and form six small dough balls (70 g/ 110 g). Slightly flatten the dough balls and put them into the burger bun form. Cover the form and let the dough rest another 60 minutes.

Step 4

Bake the buns in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 to 15 minutes.
