Cut the curry buns in half and roast them slightly on a grill or in a pan. Cover the lower bun half with sweet pea puree and the upper one with vegan curry mayonnaise.

Use a turning slicer to cut carrots and beetroot into spirals and cut the onions in slices. Put the vegan burger patty on the lower bun half and garnish it with the cutted vegetables and rocket. Then, put the upper bun half on top.
