rice

kidney beans

walnuts
60 g
onions (in cubes)
40 g
bread crumbs
50 g
ketchup (or other sauce)
1 teasp. each
cumin, paprika, fenugreek, chili
1 pinch of
cinnamon
1 tblsp.
tomato purée

kidney beans

bread crumbs
30 g
ketchup (or other sauce)

cumin, paprika, fenugreek, chili
1 pinch of
cinnamon

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

First, cook the rice and let the kidney beans drain. Then, mix the rice and the beans with all other ingredients and mince it with the meat mincer. 

Step 2

Now, form 6 hamburger patties with the help of the patty press. Use 80 g for small hamburgers and 130 g for big ones. Sauté the patties from both sides either in a pan or an a grill.
