Asia salad with chili shrimp

Ingredients for 2 people

For the dressing

1 tsp.
sesame seeds
1 bunch
coriander leaves
clove of garlic
red chilli
3 tbsp.
fish sauce or soy sauce
2 tbsp.
sesame oil
juice of 2 limes

For the salad:

small pack of glass noodles
thick carrots
unripe papaya
Prawns (with tail, without head)
2 tsp.
sesame oil

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Roast some sesame in a pan without oil. Finely chop coriander, garlic and chili. Mix some fish sauce, oil and lime juice to make a dressing. Add sesame and the garlic/chili mixture to it and let it soak for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Pour boiling water over the vermicelli noodles in a bowl and let it soak according to the timing on the packaging. Then let them drip dry in a sieve.

Step 3:

Peel cucumber, carrots and papaya, then use the blade for cutting spirals. Place everything, including the vermicelli noodles into individual containers and mix well with the dressing. Let it all soak for an additional 10 minutes and then organise the individual ingredients separately onto a serving plate or into a bowl. Put 3 shrimps onto each skewer and fry them in hot sesame oil, then add to the salad.
