cucumber
1 tsp
sesame

paprika
1 tbsp
soy sauce
2 tbsp
sesame oil
to your taste
salt, pepper, sugar, chili

Step 1

Slice cucumber with multi grater into 1,5mm slices

Step 2

Cut paprika into small cubes.

Step 3

Combine vegetables with sesame, soy sauce, sesame oil and season to taste. Let it steep in the fridge.
