Ingredients for the omelette

- eggs
- 3 tbsp
- milk
- a hand full
- parsley
- 3 spears
- asparagus, cooked and sliced
- 50 g
- shrimps
- 3
- cherry tomatoes, in quarters
- 25 g
- grated cheese
- 1 tsp
- butter
Chop the herbs. Beat the eggs with the milk and mix with the herbs and spices.
Melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Then add the egg mixture to the pan.
After a few seconds, top the lightly beaten egg with prawns, asparagus pieces, tomatoes and cheese.
Cook the omelette over a medium-low heat until cooked through. Then arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
The omelette can of course be topped differently. You can keep it completely vegetarian or add ham, for example.
