Basic recipe for pizza dough and pizza sauce

approx. 60-minutes incl. proving and baking time

Ingredients for 2-pizzas (FlexiForm Pizza Oval)

For the dough:

180 g
wheat flour
1 tbsp.
olive oil
1 tsp.
1 tsp.
20 g
fresh yeast
100 ml
lukewarm water

For the sauce:

150 ml
pizza tomatoes
1 pinch
1 pinch
2 tbsp.
tomato paste
clove of garlic

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1:

Gradually mix together all of the ingredients with the dough hook on your hand mixer and leave in a warm place to rest for 40 minutes.

Step 2:

Knead a little and spread half into each baking mould and press it in.

Step 3:

Blend together the ingredients for the pizza sauce, then brush it onto the dough and top it as desired.

Baking time

Bake the pizzas for about 12-15 minutes at 250 - top and bottom heat. The more toppings your pizza has, the more baking time it needs.
