For the dough:
- 180 g
- wheat flour
- 1 tbsp.
- olive oil
- 1 tsp.
- salt
- 1 tsp.
- honey
- 20 g
- fresh yeast
- 100 ml
- lukewarm water
For the sauce:
- 150 ml
- pizza tomatoes
- 1 pinch
- oregano
- 1 pinch
- pepper
- 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste
- 1/2
- clove of garlic
Gradually mix together all of the ingredients with the dough hook on your hand mixer and leave in a warm place to rest for 40 minutes.
Knead a little and spread half into each baking mould and press it in.
Blend together the ingredients for the pizza sauce, then brush it onto the dough and top it as desired.
Bake the pizzas for about 12-15 minutes at 250 - top and bottom heat. The more toppings your pizza has, the more baking time it needs.
