Ingredients for 400ml sauce
- 1 tbsp
- brown sugar (+1 tbsp water)
- 1 shot
- rhum (optional)
- heavy cream
- some more cream/milk
Bring 1 tablespoon of brown sugar to the boil with 1 tablespoon of water until the syrup bubbles.
Deglaze the hot syrup with a shot of rum (or directly with cream). Then fill up with cream.
Remove the pot from heat, chop the chocolate coarsely and add to the hot cream together with the cocoa. Wait a minute.
Mix everything to a smooth sauce.
The sauce is best enjoyed warm. If it is to be stored, the amount of cream or milk should be increased slightly.
