Creamy Applesalad with radicchio and bacon

big apples (e.g. pink lady)
2-4 leaves
4-8 slices
3 tsp
3-4 tbsp
1 pinch
salt, pepper

Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung

Step 1

Carefully remove the leaves from the radiccio and set them aside. Fry the bacon in the pan while cutting the apple into spaghetti with the spiral slicer.

Step 2

Drain the finished bacon on kitchen paper. Fry the apple spaghetti in the pan and sprinkle with sugar. Allow to caramelize briefly.

Step 3

Deglaze with cream, let it boil down for a few seconds and season with salt and pepper. Then arrange in the radiccio leaves and garnish with bacon.
